St Anthony. Old or ...?

This was sold to me as a St. Anthony figurine, and his hairdo does seem to fit the description
Is it old, or is it just a well weathered vintage/modern piece?

 

St. Anthony is traditionally shown with the Christ child sitting on his arm, facing outward.

 

St Francis is my first reaction. Is it made of concrete?

 

A monk with a book makes me think of St. Jerome.

I'm terrible at identifying materials... I was hoping the close-up photos would lead to answers here
I did spot this glistening bit.

Not sure if it's in the stone, but if so, that could be glass and would be an indication of concrete, right?

 

I think a weathered piece from the 1960s or so. These casts used to be quite popular.
I think it is St Francis, with that knotted rope.

That is a different Anthony, St Anthony of Padua.
The Anthony meant here is probably the one we call "Antonius Abt" in Dutch. Translates as Anthony Abbot, does that ring a bell?
Antonius Abt is depicted with a book, sometime a staff or a cross, and often an animal, usually a pig(let).
