Steel Block & Tackle, Star Mark, #3: How Old, Who Dunnit?

An insignificant trifle, but I will be grateful if those queries can find answers among y'all. 7 1/2" long overall, the block is 3 1/2" of that, the sheaves are about 1 3/4" diameter for ~3/8" line; those sheaves each have bearings. The hook has a 1" throat an' a ~7/8" eye. It appears unused, but when found 'twas covered with decades of dust on one side, having rested, neglected an' forlorn, on that windowsill for decades...if not eons! I was thrilled to provide rescue from its oblivion for only $1. Google Lens was unhelpful. Thanks for lookin'!
