    Looks black paint stamped - I think it says "Don't drink out of this" SORRY, just funin but yeah, don't drink out of that!

    Looks turned on a lathe and not a polished cast - may be newer

    Kard, are those letters painted or stamped in??? If stamped, did you try a bit of flour or baking soda in them??

    It looks to me as if it might say:

    KIRK
    SILVER
    G...???
    GENUINE
    A-1 PLATE

    The first line cannot be KIRK - there is no second K there. Looks more like KIRIS (which means nothing to me BTW)

    Agree with @SBSVC, good call and yes it looks like KIRK to me too ..(here we go again!):D
