    Now I would like to see the underneath of this cup. Please add the picture by clicking on Reply instead of starting a new thread.

    So are there no other marks on the bottom?

    It is good to see that the base is not "weighted." With only the word "sterling" on the cup, it is likely to be either American or Canadian made. If there were a maker's mark or name somewhere, we could be more specific.

    I see that there appears to be an inscription or zig zag decoration on the cup part. Do you see any words there?
