    I'm going to do a consignment sale on this, so finally have the piece in my hand, can add a photo.

    Maker might be less important to a buyer on this, but any ideas? Thanks.

    Are there additional markings at 12 o'clock, or is that just a reflection?

    Edit: That is a reflection. This was hard to photograph! Actually I think I have to do a new set of photos for the listing. Part of me is reflected in almost all of them, lol!
