Just noticed that you asked what "stone", singular.
So I take it the two are of the same origin.

Therefore I take back the smoky quartz suggestion.
    The green looks like lucite.

I'm going to guess that these are manufactured and not real "stones"

Can't wait to see how wrong and way off base I am.

Lucite? Could be. All I know is stone they ain't. There's one with a similar look called "sheen obsidian" but it's dark gray to black and doesn't come dyed other colors to my knowledge. It's also not worth much more than glass.

I'm really bothered by the use of the word "stone"... :bucktooth:

If you had quizzed on "cabochon", my answer would have been "dyed mother of pearl". :woot:

But I'm too conflicted to use that answer here. :joyful:

Too much noise in the photo to know what they really look like:

Ah! For sure, that was a mysterious material!
I'm puzzled by the definition of it in jjlrocksandminerals link:

This is not an imitation or synthetic but is a
    reconstructed natural stone.

    :bucktooth:

To me, it is not a "natural stone" as it was man made:joyful:

    Thanks hollyblue for showing :)

I had the same issue with the first link. The second link said "Those minerals were fused together by heating them to intensely high temperatures to form a molten magma" :jawdrop: :rolleyes:
