Saw this on internet and now I am puzzled. I have no access to any marks, but would appreciate any ideas. Mexican? New? Or something else?

It is Italian, and probably old. Pity you don't have access to marks, but someone could still find it. Is there any other info?

La bella Lucia means the beautiful Lucia. We have another thread with Bella Lucia. Now that we have a picture of the lady, we'll have to start figuring out who she is.

It's the name of a solitaire game. It might be a portrait of Lucretia Borgia; she was a pope's illegitimate daughter and celebrated beauty. Also reputedly a lot of other less savory things.

Still no marks received, but any further ideas are appreciated! Didn't find anything similar in the styles of Italian porcelain
