    kyratango Bug jewellery addiction!

I'm glad you had the same sensation for silver from the pics:joyful: but... for making difference between a boy and a girl... you got caught:hilarious:;)
Testing kit is new for me, I hunted successfully for decades, without even a loupe, trusting my gut feelings (and having handled so much pieces helps...).
For now, internet hunting only, so clues are in the pics of details such as findings and construction:peeking::pompous::cyclops:;)

Wheee - someone thinks highly of their merchandise. I thought I'd found the brooch that matched yours yesterday, but on closer inspection (it was on Ebay) it was reverse-molded glass instead of silver. Probably gilt metal too. Rats.

Yes, this one is out of reach!:bored::dead::hilarious:
Thank you evelyb for thinking of the replacement brooch
I'm exploring the Internet and mostly ebay for a matching brooch, sure it'll pop out:)

I'd wear the bracelet. I have a smaller one which used to belong to my great-grandmother, who by all accounts was a remarkable and strong lady.

Wear one like this with it, that should keep furniture and walls from accidentally walking into your arm.:)
