Featured Strange pin with tines?

    I'm wondering what this thing is that I have,.....! It’s like a buckle,....but has a pin back. The pin moves and has very sharp tines. I’ve never seen anything like it and am wondering what it is. Can any of you help me? 38C8B65E-9631-4762-BF59-F0ED5DF569C2.jpeg

    Cut steel bead sash buckle, either turned into a pin or created as one to look like a sash buckle turned into a pin. Sash buckles were worn by a lady and attached to a fabric belt. Those beads on top are no doubt fastened to a frame and poke through little holes on the back.
