Strange vertebra vase and faux wood hanging piece

Composite of the Ionic and Corinthian orders. Is it wood or resin?

I'm assuming a hard resin. Feels more like ceramic.

 

Ah, so two of the three classical Greek designs! It came from a mostly-antique collection. Do you think it, too, is over 100 years old or just vintage?

 

Decorative item. No clue as to age. Given hook, must be cast. Similars can be found.

Column thing looks like plaster

 

thought the same. gesso either reinforced or covered by wet linen over a crudely shaped wooden form ?
