Featured sweet lil copper panel box

found this sweet little box in an antiques shop yesterday for very little i thought

i think more vintage than antique, though does smell old

haven't a clue on origin, maybe india ?

not sure on what it was made to hold

any thoughts or info appreciated

 

Nothing imo, it was meant to sit on a table or cabinet and look pretty. India is a good guess, they make a lot of these decorative boxes with thick sides.

depends if it sells or not , i must have a hundred little boxy trinkets filled with stuff (slight exaggeration )

i once had a friend when i was young who collected wasp heads and kept them in a little glass jar

Hi mate

yeah fractured

my nephew who's a 7 year old lump caught me off guard with a flying piggy back attempt, both went flying and landed on my wrist and bent it right back.

if he had reached my back it would have been ok

not being able to play has been the hardest thing about

could probably about manage a c chord on a ukulele with it laid flat

ill be in a cast come monday

caught the flu as well which is a lovely touch to this week

still in good spirits though as always

 

around here the flu is almost non existent...
