Teapot spout (cast iron)

I plan to clean and season it and put dried flowers in it. I couldn’t find many examples of this spout. The only example I found of a spout like this was early 1800s - but there may be other examples I missed.

    It has a slight “pear shape” maybe putting it 1810-1835 from what I read??

    The other picture is of the teapot spout I’m seeing more often.

    Any thoughts?

    Kettles have handles on the top teapots on the side - almost always

    Aren't these humidifiers, meant to go on a wood burning stove. Not teapots or kettles.
