I think you just insulted Teddy bears everywhere, but I'm right behind you by calling this guy a doll. What would be PC? Stuffed Mickey? Is his head hard plastic, or rubber?

The Mouse is not a bear. And his name is Mickey, not Micky, in case you are searching with the wrong spelling. ;)

Plush toy. Not seeing similar. But you should get an idea of value, by looking at other Non Disney plush toys.
Maybe someone might have guesses on age.

You all just made my day haha Thank you.

Its head is like hard plastic

with a stick going threw its body and the body is full of rice/beans

the arms and legs don't have any rice/beans in it you can't feel any inside its legs or arms or head only its body.

    Hope this helps.

Based on his features, my guess is he's a Mickey Mouse pretender, not a Disney product.

And his clothes + he may have been a kit, though I've never heard of one... Check the back of his head for a mark...

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

How is that head attached?? To me, it just doesn't look like it goes with that body......the head shows age, and tends to look like an early Disney head, but the body.....I dunno..... somehow seems home made and all wrong.....like the neck should be INSIDE of clothing or a collar..... and I NEVER said I couldn't be wrong!!!

Funny you should say that, Aqui... MY first thought was that it looked like part of a PUPPET (the head) - like one I had in the 1960's - sewn onto or somehow else attached to a generic body....

What size is the head? There were rubber/plastic head hand puppets in the 50/60's.

    Measurements

    length - 11inc
    leg length 4.5inc
arm length 3inc including hands 4inc
    hat size 6.5inc
    waist 9inc
    reach 4inc

i wonder if hes filled with wood chipins or something similar.

only his belly is stuffed with something not the rest of his body.

I think he could be worth £25-£30 at a guess, but i want to know more about him because i can't find him on google.

Semco is the Brand. Yours has no label. Doesn’t really look like those.
Mohair is a fabric, don’t know what yours is.

Plus - Keep in mind that the person asking $450 for Minnie hasn't sold it at that price.

Could it be a home made one? or an early PROTOTYPE???

I came to a conclusion its belly is full of sand, and they is like some metal like a screw of some type at the back of its head.

I would truly be reluctant to even hint at anything more than what you can see.
