Thai Double Elephant Water Dipper

    I forget where I got it, maybe 10-12 years ago.

    The custom apparently, in rural Thailand, is to have a water barrel near the path that runs past your dwelling in order to afford simple refreshment to those using the path. A dipper is necessary, of course...

    I don't know how accurate that story is, and if reasonably so there may be a lot more to it.

    I love this dipper for many things about it; one of them is the rendition of skin texture and appearance: so accurately done!

    I've no idea of its age...if any of you can add to my meager few impressions, please do share! Warren
