    I discovered this board quite by accident when contents of a photo album were shared here by a member who purchased the album from a stranger. I suspect the album was sold by a former in-law following the death of my brother.

    I'm delighted the members here enjoyed the photos and insights into the '20s and '30s that they provided. And I'm grateful that a former stranger/new friend would care enough to rescue the album and restore it to my family and the legitimate heir, my son.

    Welcome, Todd! So glad you and Bluumz found each other. This is not the first time that old things have found their way "home" to family as the result of efforts by Antiquers members. :)

    I am one of the members that Bakersgma speaks of.

    Bakersgma was instrumental in finding the family of which I had found some very important papers.
