    The portrait of the 1950s gitana by José borders on kitsch. The 1920s portrait with the Albaicín in the background may well be Ramón who was the finer painter. Suspect his work has greater value.

    Sorry,wow that’s really disappointing... But 2 nicely framed copies is still worth more that what you paid. I really thought 10 euro for the pair was a bargain either way (and worth the chance) And even if only one turned out to be a original then it would have been a big score..

    A pity, but a bargain anyway. Are they prints on canvas?
    You can still enjoy their beauty, even if they are not the real thing.

    Anyway if at the end of page there would be a pencil signature , it could be a lithography. It's only for that reason I've written about a photo without frame.
