If you look at that little creek that borders the northern edge of town (right hand side of the map) then compare to that same area on the auctioneer's map it looks the same. YOU can sort of see the creek and the bridge running over it. Also the way the streets sort of run into each other at an angle. Also count the number of blocks to the end of town in each direction. Does it not resemble each other?
