Not antique. Is this called folk art or naive? I gather it is a print from a watercolor and the paper is thick cotton, if that makes a difference. Tried Google Lens and many seaside locations around the world and artists but not finding anything. Does anyone know where this scene is located--maybe the fisherman's hat is a clue? Any ideas on the artist's signature? If it is "Caroline" the "C" seems weird to me, more like an "L" or "H". Limited edition, 2/275--only the number 30 in black pencil on the back. Thanks in advance. 20220703_162302 crop 2 1000.jpg 20220703_162352 trees 1000.jpg 20220703_163124 boat 1000.jpg 20220703_162334 signature 1000.jpg

Very charming, @Happy! , I would call it naive.
Pretty generic. The church is more distinct.
    Caroline Sia?

Thanks @Any Jewelry. Yes, ran several "church" searches to no avail. SO MANY Caroline Sias--no luck as of yet.

I think that may be it. Not written like the "a" in Caroline.

Thanks everyone. So far not finding anything on Siu. I did email someone with that name, but no reply as of yet.
