THRIFT STORE FIND #2 GOLD ERTE - HOW DO YOU TELL IT'S AGE?

    I found this at a local thrift store today & I paid a high price (for this thrift store) - $69.95.
    How do I tell what year it was made? I looked it over but can't find any year it was made, only that it was done by Mirage Productions in conjunction with Grosvenor Gallery in London, England.
    PS - Is this a 'foil' edition? The words at bottom are actually hard to see unless you look at print at a certain angle.
    Thanks all; any help would be appreciated!
