    Welcome Chela.
    They are attractive, but both items are still being made, and I can't see any genuine age here. The teapot is Chinese, btw, not Tibetan.
    Prayer wheels are traditional, but many are made for the tourist trade and export.
    Lately I have seen quite a few new ceramic teapots in metal mounts exported from China. A few years ago it was mainly serpentine teapots with similar mounts.

    You can find values on venues like ebay. But I'd say, enjoy your finds, they are very decorative.
