    I've seen some badges of similar design which have regimental or masonic initials/emblems but nothing plain like this, any ideas please?

    Held that way it does look like Eastern Star, but if you have it right way up, as the pin suggests, then the orientation is wrong for ES I think.

    And colors are wrong. Does look like some kind of organizational jewellery though.
