The original mark has been impressed into the bottom of the jug. There&#039;s not much to go on, so I&#039;m not sure what it says. I see 2 things impressed into the bottom and both are small but these are the marks. The other someone has just written with a marker and with come off with an alcohol wipe. </p><p><br /></p><p>I do not think this is old, but I do think its English.
