They were a British construction company from mid 1870s, mostly London area (info <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higgs_and_Hill" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Higgs_and_Hill" rel="nofollow">here</a>).</p><p><br /></p><p>An idea of date might help identify where this is. Any thoughts?
