Featured Tribal figure

    I inherited this piece, believe to be of African origin. Mother of pearl eyes and in hardwood. If anyone can give and more thoughts or information on him, it would be appreciated.     People will probably want to see a photo of the entire piece from the back as well. And, what is the size? I'm not knowledgeable on this sort of topic, but it will help to have that information.

    likely abalone eyes...& i'm not seeing african.....more like an artist channeling Picasso.............4 the face at least...;)

    He stands around three feet in heigh and has no further markings on the reverse.
