This is a gilt metal lamp (very heavy, weighs over 10 lbs) in a neoclassical style with acanthus motif. Torchiere style with milk glass shade, very tall 35.5" high. Electric with key turn switch at top and a twist switch on the base. Trying to identify a maker, any help appreciated, or if you know of some lamp company resources. Thanks so much!

It's a really pretty lamp. The castings look to be of very nice quality with excellent detail.

Many of these types of lamps were assembled by various manufacturers that often used readily available components. Bases, column spacers, sockets and shades could be sourced from various suppliers. This makes it difficult to pinpoint the maker...but, maybe you'll get lucky and someone will know who made it.

Yes, inquiring minds want to know!

Rembrandt usually had their name on the underside of the base as part of the casting itself. I don't know if that was always the case, however.
