Trying to identify old Polaroid Camera

    Hello everyone, I have this old Polaroid that isn't like anything I've seen in the past. Funny thing, I look through the viewing glass and the displayed image is upside down. Anyways, I have no idea so I'm hoping you all can help me out.

    For use with a microscope or telescope

    Only the film holder is Polaroid, the rest would be another maker

    Last listed Patent date on this camera - 3,080,805 is 1963, & most likely dates the camera to the mid 60's.
