Trying to learn all the time! Is this a watercolor and ink or a print?

This Paris street scene is not particularly old, I know that. It's 12cmx12cm. I just want to be doubly sure that I'm correct in thinking that this little picture is indeed an original and not a print? It's on watercolor paper but for all I know prints may be done on that too! This forum is so helpful, I have already learned a lot since becoming a member. Apologies that it's not antique (or probably not even vintage) but it is charming. I can't make out the artist's name but I'm guessing a souvenir piece maybe. Thanks all!

Think it's a watercolour but your enlargements are too pixellated to see if it's a print ..90% sure it's an original though
