Type of cross and blue green stone

    the "stone" kind of looks like something with embedded gunk. Resin/enamel?

    I don't think the cross is one with particular symbolism in Christianity.

    The form is a cross-quadrate (square cross), they show up fairly often in heraldry, but not aware of any specific religious association - to me, the center looks like it might be a little glazed ceramic tile (sort of like a Ruskin cabochon, but not one)...

    I thought Ruskin style too. I've a feeling that's a British maker.

    Am I the only one seeing bits of flotsam and jetsam poking out of the surface?

    The yellowish veiny stuff is raised, none of the dark is. Some of the dark is actually sunken.
