Unique porcelain wall décor-viewer discretion is advised

I previously posted in the wrong thread…It's my first time on this forum and I'm excited to share some beautiful pieces of art and ask for help identifying them. Does anyone can help me with this piece. It does have the Crown & N in the back. It is a very unique piece that intrigues the eyes of whoever stares at it. We have a donkey, man, woman, and a short man with goat legs... every time that you look at you will find something unique. It is a wall decor piece. My grandma gave it to me a long time ago and I need help putting the name of the company or even a year- need to start a college fund for my just born baby. Any suggestions?
