Unique Vintage Hand made Canopy Bed Set

Originally from Indonesia, it was at the Flood Estate Auction and purchased by my uncle. After his death we had it shipped to San Jose CA

The whole thing is dowelled together-no hardware, hand made. The dresser top is solid marble. A full size mattress fits with room on each side. Queen is too big.

Any ideas how I go about selling this? Anything to compare would be a start!

Are you sure of the Indonesian attribution? I ask because to me it looks like aesthetic period American faux bamboo. A thing R.J. Horner specialized in.

I think this flourish looks very Western (European or American).


If that's a golden eagle-type monster, maybe more American.
