Unknown US Airborne Badge

    I haven't been able to find another with these same wings. No maker's mark. I suspect Vietnam era.

    That one misses the star above the chute!
    According to a friend on a militaria forum;
    "U.S. 82nd Airborne Jump Master wings pin. No clue on the age."

    Also got this reply;
    "Hi Kris, I cannot really give you a date for this other than what i call "modern", ie not WW2 and made sometime in the last 30 -40 years."

    Funny, searching through all google images of 'aa master airborne badge' didn't show any. Adding '82nd' showed a couple similar. Each of those had a different story of what they were.
