Found this while going through my parents house. An unopened WWI first aid packet. Also found some of my grandpa's other trench art, but don't remember what box it got put into at the moment! Anyone know what would be in the packet? I'm certainly not going to open it up to find out!

Yep, INH is correct, they were issued with a canvas pouch that had wire hooks to facilitate hanging from cartridge, or other types of canvas belts.
