A few follow-up ideas having reviewed the photos a 2nd time. I still think this is later than 30's unless it was somehow reworked into a new form. The bottom piece stylistically, marble in the form of a flower pot, just seems like something you'd see in the 60's. Having just enlarged all of your photos by clicking into them (for some reason the photos posted outside the text in sort of a larger thumbnail, that's all I was looking at until I realized I could click on them to enlarge..) the flower section does look amazingly well done. A definite cut above. The pedals and leaves seem to be a much higher quality and quite a bit heavier and thicker than your typical Italian tole flower lamp. Also the fact that the pedals open and close is a sign of some extra quality. The copper socket is also a bit unusual. If you haven't done this maybe unscrew the bottom plate carefully and just check if anything is marked inside. Also, can you be sure it was rewired? Maybe that is the original cord. Could have some clues. But looking at the close-up flowers and leaves, solid metal, I now think this might need further (in hand) evaluation. I still think 60's or so, but guessing this lamp wasn't cheap new.
