I think it would help to know what those initials after their names mean. Does it mean that Graffart was the designer and Gillet did the cutting. And what is the other name above the other 2 names? Did you ask Kronos what that vase in the link brought? I ask because that one has a chip too. So it might be a good comparison. The WP one is about the same size and the cutting is exquisite. It likely won't matter much if you don't name the blank. It's still VSL. On the WP vase Barthelemy is in the same position as Gillet on your vase so it's conceivable that those two people were the craftsmen.

If it were me, I would list it for whatever the WP example sold for. Then see what happens, your photos are way better than the WP listing.

I found this about J. Gillet:

The phrase "J. Gillet - Val St. Lambert" links an early historical figure or affiliate named J. Gillet with the famous Belgian crystal and glass manufacturer, Val Saint Lambert, which has produced luxury glassware in Seraing, Belgium, since 1826. [1, 2, 3]
Kronos gave me a sold price of $262. In 2020.

Wow! $262, does that work for you, would you make a good profit? Although that was in 2020 so it might be worth more now. IDK. maybe $275-ish. Hope it works out well.

I paid under $100, so that would be nice. I can always lower it. I'll try an auction.

There's one just like yours on eBay now with no chips and a sticker for $250. I searched "Val St Lambert Charles Graffart Birds Vase". Same signatures as well. That sounds like it might affect your price, but you should still do well.
