Picked this up today. It was in a old plain looking frame. I've seen a variety of these when researching, with different text styles and sizes. This one is hand colored which seems a bit uncommon. It measures 14 3/4 x 11 inches. Pricing is all over the place also. Is there a way to determine timeframe and maker on these? Does it matter?
Have you tried taking a shallow light source to the wax seal and photographing it? Maybe you can pull some details out that way. Having said that, it looks pretty flattened so may not show much
