It is beautiful. Made in Iran post-1950. The border is decorated motifs from the walls of the ancient city of Persepolis.
The central part is a sacred scene from the ancient religion of Iran, Zoroastrianism. It depicts an archangel with musicians (beauty) and Zoroastrian fire pots, symbols of things sacred.
Zoroastrian fire symbolism is vast and complicated, but it is always connected with creation and everything sacred.

So do I. Some time ago I posted a thread about a car that was entirely engraved with Persian designs. I can't find it now.

Keyword is Qajar, or Qajar dynasty. Most Qajar metalwork is copper, like your pitcher.
Stay away from the Persepolis designs on metal, lovely though they are, they are not antique.
