I would also say that Darkwing gave you a great assessment of what may be original contents inside. A hint without ripping it apart to check would be tack holes along the upholstery line. If there are many you should consider that to reupholster there needs to be good strength of wood for the tacks. To get any fair price from an upholsterer you need to send pics of back and underneath also. Even then they might not quote. Living to love the learn is my motto.
