I couldn’t resist this at the antiques fair.
Presumably Victorian and would it likely be Bohemian?
    Thanks for looking :)

Agrred. Often English, made in Stourbridge. I like the blue ones especially.

These types of bottles came into general use in the second half of the 19th century & were hugely popular by around 1875.

They were often used by women to hold perfume in one end & the other would hold something akin to smelling salts when the woman was feeling lightheaded due to the corset that was restricting her breathing or possibly due to the smells that she encountered out on the streets.

Are there any marks on the caps? The caps are often made of sterling silver & as @Ownedbybear said the glass portions were often made in England but also came from Bohemia.

I have always coveted one ever since I saw a color photo of one that was described as "pigeon-blood red". One day I will either cough up the money or will "luck into" one. ;):smuggrin::hilarious:

    You are very kind
Always good to see what the really good stuff looks like.
It’s a bit like @Bronwen ’s cameo thread where you think you have a nice cameo until she shows us a stunning one and once again your game is upped.
Oh so THATS what a REALLY good cameo looks like :pompous: Love this forum because it really is a journey learning about stuff. Like Antiques Roadshow, basic, better and best!

I won’t mention some of the shockingly bad ones you have showcased too.
The ones that make you snort your coffee.

As long as we don't show them we can hope no one snorkels their coffee.
