I had never been to the place before, but it was in Plainwell, Michigan in what looked like an old outdoor equipment dealership. I went through everything and I settled on this nice watercolor, we agreed on $100 cash. He said it was by a know artist, but I didn't really care because it was so well done. It looks to me that it must be by Vincenzo Loria, the signature seems to match other paintings I could find. I particularly like the face, because it is technically well done and the emotion is captured quite well. I was curious as to what you think the gentleman is, Monk or clergy of some sort?
