vintage enamel identity bracelet, military? WRENS?

    I just posted this in the jewellery section, but maybe should have posted here so i am not sure about this one, but does anyone think this is military? or recognise the abbreviations on the back?

    Okay, I might add that you need to resize them to at least 800 pixels per side in order to make them easily visible.

    I'm not sure what O.M.D.T. 142/2 means, but it doesn't seem military to me. Not sure about British military stuff, though.
