Hm. From the script and language alone, I'd think 18th C. The paper is also a clue, but that's not my field.

I read:
17: kaiserliche Lehen und confirmationsbriefe
Which would mean Letters concerning fiefs by the emperor
58: kaufm(ännische) Wechsel und cessionsbriefe translated merchants Bills of exchange and cession

500: der Herrn von Weinberg Erbkammer Meisteren Rechnungssachen
Translated: Accounting of the Lords Weinperg, Masters of the Chamber of heirs (seems to be an old title in the Habsburg Empire, but couldnt find out what it exactly means,maybe something ceremonial in the election of the emperor oft the holy Roman Empire)

Is it paper? It looks to me like parchment, it could be labels where the mentioned papers where stored. (with the holes from nails)
From the style would date it earlier, maybe in the 17th century.

 

Your deciphering eyesight is better than mine. I wasn't reading kaiserliche on that first word, it looked like u then an eszett. You've got more than I could on that last one.

 

It says Kayßerliche the modern spelling is kaiserliche
