Goodwill was open today! I picked up about 30 of these large black & white advertising posters featuring celebrities. I'm going to try to post from my phone. If not pics will have to wait till I get home. Spending New year's with my dad. So far we have found John Wayne, Gregory Peck, Gary Cooper, and Audie Murphy

that one is copied from an original taken in 1944. All of these are advertising posters that they used original photographs of celebrities that purchased boots.

I finally got home and unwrapped them. There is 62 18" x 24" posters with different celebs. Most are duplicates of 4 to 6 I haven't counted how many different ones though.

These most of you will know.

It kind of looks like Robert Mitchum next to Lloyd Bridges to me ... hard to tell with his hair all slicked back like that.

Lucchese has a site with all their historical information. A lot of these Original photographs are shown there.

Ok. Aquitaine nailed the first one. The other one that my dad noticed first it the lady on the right. Him being a teen in the 40'S Yvonne de Carlo was one of his favorites.

It makes sense to be Abbott, It doesn’t look exactly like him, but maybe he doesn’t look thrilled about the whole thing.

Feel like I should know the woman between Lloyd Bridges and Howard Duff, as well as the man second from right, but it's not coming to me. Can see some resemblance to Mitchum for the man on the left, but doesn't look quite right to me...

I thought the lady on the right was either Ingrid Bergman or her daughter Isabella Rossilini, doesn’t look like De Carlo to me.

Absolutely looks like Yvonne De Carlo (can't believe I missed that) - definitely not Ingrid Bergman, and Isabella Rossellini would have been extremely young, if even born (thinking this is maybe early to mid '50s)...
