Vintage swirled blue and black stoned tie tac

    Dimensions of the tie tac are along 2" The mount around the stone is about 1/2" on each side. The stone is around 1/4" on each side. I do not think the tie tac goes with this stone. I would like to find out the material of this swirled blue and black stone is and its decade? Thank you for your assistance in this request. Rob
