Was wondering if anyone could tell me more about this stein. The images are raised and has the markings GERZ W. Germany 4 (24) on the bottom. The lid has DBGM as well as DRM etched into it. I've found similar steins, however the backgrounds and the coloring are different than this one so I wasn't sure of the authenticity or quality.

Looks like a tourist piece made between 1945 and 1990.

with such pics I don't bother about giving info anymore. I'm fed up with new members taking us for old idiots.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

From the link @janetpjohn posted, it appears the mark would be in the 1949-1990 date range. That's a 41-year range, but gives a general idea.

    Welcome to Antiquers, @Faith_Vrajitoare !

there were many brands especially in this realm that marked an additional number which was showing the edition. e.g. when you find the original in the Musterbuch and find a 24 as an added number, you know that it may very possibly be much younger.
