WATCH Need help with maker’s history

ALROY is the maker’s name. We’ve haven’t found anything out about them. Can you help?

Case is 33.5mm in diameter. Movement is Pforzheim dated 1957.

The dial is labeled, from top to bottom, "Alroy, Standart, 30 jewels" "CP" in a cartouche over "Automatic Shockproof" Automatic Shockproof"

On the back, it reads "Stainless Steel Back, Waterproof, Shockproof, Antimagnetic, Unbreakable Mainspring. Stamped in the center of the back there is stamped "ALROY, 30 Jewels, A0350,17223", and "small minute ticks between the faceted hour makers.

Autorotor is the name for the selfwinding system. the works were Swiss by Cyma. the rest is the German's 1950s wet dream of watchmaking.
puw is Pforzheimer Uhren-Rohwerke GmbH.
those works were sold to anyone that needed them and had a small assembly line.

in the 50s and the special post-war situation in Germany where many watch factories were completely destroyed due to them working for the war industry - especially detonators for bombs - there was a plethora of small manufacturers that assembled under their own name with parts from other companies. could even be a regionally well-known watchmaker that told them to put his brand on the dial.
