It measures 29x23cm and is on paper laid down on art board. It is signed with a stylistic signature that looks c1900 and there is a date which I think could be 1892 or 1912. The frame (damaged) had a Glasgow framer&#039;s label which suggests that it could be a Scottish scene .</p><p><br /></p><p>There seems to be a Z in the signature. Dutch perhaps.
