A bit bonkers, IMHO. Marriage of Central American designs. Mayan/Aztec. Although I could be quite all wet as I don't know much about them. The incised marks on the right look a bit Japanese.

Looks like Salvador Dalì got hold of a lump of clay.

It’s mad, isn’t it. I’m actually wondering if it’s west German, of all things. They did some derivatives.

I've seen some weird shaped Dutch and Belgian stuff, but not like that

Those plump legs are a feature of Costa Rican pre-conquest ceramics. So I guess modern Costa Rican, inspired by pre-conquest ceramics.

I love pre columbian Costa Rican pottery. That is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen just about though. No offense of course.

    None taken, it’s utterly deranged!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

That is crazy -- and lovable, too! IMO --

I have no clue, but it has a certain goofy appeal.

I agree it seems like a crazy modern take on a antiquity style. Agree with it having it goofy appeal!

Thank you for pin-pointing which Central American area/country!
