What are these mini figures used for? any idea?

    They look like they might be wax seals. Where did you get them and what were you told about them?

    Decorative wax seals was my first guess. They sell them in many museums.

    It's best to use "full size" when you post pictures. A lot of us don't like clicking on links.

    they could also be pipe tampers, which is what i first thought, given size
