Featured What are these plates?

    101_0676.JPG Found these four plates thrifting. They have a red clay base and the decoration is very intricate. They are display plates with wire hangers. Any ideas where and when these are from?

    Yup, Troyan - still made and was wildly popular as tourist souvenirs in the 70s.
