I can tell you that I wouldn't want to look at it all that much, if at all. It's a form of self expression that I don't enjoy, lol.

As @Any Jewelry found, your mask is in the style (somewhat simplified) of masks traditionally made by carvers among the Guere/Gere people in the western region of Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire). The Guere are one of two closely related groups often referred to as the We.

Their masks are typically fearsome in appearance, with tubular eyes, a triangular nose, open mouth, and a variety of carved horns and tusks. Additional elements such as hair and shells may also be attached. Such masks were traditionally worn at funerals, and could also function as "detective" masks, used to identify wrongdoers.

Without a documented history or definite signs of use, it is probably safest to assume that such a mask was made for sale rather than use in the original culture.

Here is another website with an archive of Guere masks where you can see more examples of the typical style. It includes prices for which they sold - note the difference between masks that have been "vetted as being authentic with significant signs of use and age" and those described as "despite their appearance most of these Guere masks below show no evidence of age or use and were probably made to be sold" -
